What can I expect during an initial assessment?

During your initial assessment, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns with the doctor. She will ask you a series of questions related to your symptoms and overall health. After gathering your medical history, the doctor will conduct a comprehensive physical examination to identify the sources of your pain. Once the history and examination are complete, you will collaborate on a working diagnosis and management plan. If time permits, treatment may also be provided during your first visit.

Can you direct bill my insurance company?

Yes, we are able to direct bill most insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage specifically, please contact your insurer.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24-hour notice before the cancellation of your appointment. Late cancellations or no-show appointments may be subject to a charge.
